Snap Phone Tripod Stand MOVAS™ - MagSafe Compatible

I wish I could give this iPhone stand *more* than five stars. It is very, very, very effective for me, even when taking iPhone selfies from a distance.

It works perfectly whether I put my iPhone on it in a vertical or horizontal position. I just pop my iPhone against the magnetized part of the stand and the phone sticks well and stays upright like I want it to.

What I like most about this stand is that it holds my iPhone up perfectly straight, rather than slanted. In the past, when I want to take a photo of me with friends/family, I had to prop or lean my iPhone up against something and it would be angled slightly upward....which is not a very flattering angle for portraits of people. With this little stand, I can set up my iPhone at a perfectly straight angle, walk over to my friends/family, and trigger my iPhone camera using my Apple watch.

When not in use, the stand folds up to approximately the size of a credit card (though it's quite a bit thicker than a credit card, so can't be stored in a credit card slot in my wallet). It is lightweight but somehow manages to keep my iPhone perfectly upright when using it. I carry this stand with me in my purse and can set it up in about 30 seconds (or less) with my iPhone ready to take pictures.

I shoot all my content with this and love this so much. It feels so simple but it's a genius invention and feels SUPER well made. I was skeptical because it's more than I wanted to spend on a stand especially with so many China phone stands that feel like it costs 2 pennies lol. Anyway, It's high quality, I shoot all my content for my business on it and I like that now I can easily face time or easily watch a youtube on it as well. It's a little heavier than I like but that also means it's STURDY AF. So I leave it at home when I'm going to dinner etc. and don't need a phone stand lol. Easily slides or comes off without also being loose. I bought one for my Dad LOL and also had my brother buy one since he shoots content too. My Dad shoots NO content but he LOVESSSS watching videos on this now and he LOVES facetiming easily without havign to always prop his phone up.

Very neat little thing, exactly what I was looking for. The magnet is very strong, and even works with other magsafe accessories at the same time like a wallet or on a car mount. It also adds very little thickness to my phone which makes it comfortable to keep on my case at all times, and thin enough to remove and slide into my pocket if i dont want it attached. It allows me to prop up my phone at any angle I could possibly want, perfect for watching videos or just browsing the web. It's definitely on the pricier side but overall I'd recommend this product, it met all of my expectations 👍🏼

It’s just amazing since the MagSafe is really sturdy and the stand itself works great as well. As someone who is always trying to prop my phone up/create a makeshift tripod, being able to just pop up this stand has been amazing (especially when traveling). I couldn't recommend it high enough! and it's also very friendly to me who loves taking selfies and recording!

I love this stand. I’ve had it now for just under a year. I get compliments on it all the time! The only pitfall I’ve found is that within the last month or so the edges have begun to fray. It obviously just natural wear and tear, but for me it has started to become uncomfortable to hold.
So with that fact, I’m actually going to buy a new one. Because this stand is worth it.

My Verdict 🧐

MOFT has been making the best mobile laptop stands for years. This miniature phone stand/tripod is a worthy successor to their product lineage! They've taken everything they've learned and shrunken it down to the size of a couple of credit cards. It looks good, works well, and delivers on everything it advertises. I love mine, and I'm sure you will love yours just as much.

My cousin had it and told me she liked it. I decided to buy it because I found myself holding my phone too close to my face. The stand helps me to stop doing that. The stand adds weight because of the magsafe feature that allows you to attach and detach it from your phone. It's a great detachable stand. I like to stand it all the way up when I'm watching Youtube videos or reading. I have it in the angled position when it's charging or at night so I can hit the snooze or stop button when my alarm goes off. Very useful product

Look/feel good quality. Small form-factor so it’s not going to take up much space. You need a stand but don’t have much space to carry it with you - that’s a good option

I have never quite been a Magsafe fan and mostly like to carry my iphone 13 pro without a case. But I was looking for some help in taking pictures and short videos - something quick and simple. I saw the Moft Magsafe Tripod Stand and wondered if it would work for me. The attraction was an easy and simple way to get different angles and hands-free access to my camera. The web page said it included a magsafe magnet for those not in the magsafe phone case world.
My order came at the same time as another alternative I'd ordered, a document stand. The document stand was large and not really portable but works well for stationary document photography. I put the document stand aside and picked up the Moft product, and wow. It's such a simple concept and powerful. The footprint of the trifold stand is small, and you can angle the phone in many different ways from just a phone stand to looking up, down, and all around. I'll use it to demo projects in which I need to manipulate my phone with my hands. It is also very pleasant to prop up the phone on the high stand for viewing while working at a computer.
